- Problem resolution via remote desktop access £15.00 / 30min
- User training £10.00 / 15min
Support package prices (calling card instaled)
- 3 months helpdesk support including remote desktop. Limit to 5 sessions, 30 min each max £40.00
- 6 months helpdesk support including remote desktop. Limit 10 sessions, 30 min each max. £75.00
- 12 months helpdesk support including remote desktop. Limit 15 sessions. 30 mins max. £100.00
