Takes boxes of files from you premises and returns to you an electronic copy. You may choose for the original files to be returned, stored or shredded. This electronic copy of your data can be provided in a number of formats, either to be loaded into your existing EDM system or preloaded into our own electronic filing cabinet application ready to be loaded onto your computers.
Is similar to the Gold Scan but all the preparation and scanning takes place on your premises, you have the same options for the storage or disposal of the original documents and for the format that the electronic documents are returned to you.
Delivers a document scanning suite to your office with suitable training to allow you to undertake this part of the work yourselves. The scanning may be directly into your existing EDM system, or we can take the scans and package them into our own electronic filing cabinet application.
