What services can we offer?
Calls – with access to many of the leading networks within the UK we can reliably route your call traffic at competitive rates.
Indirect – allows you to route your outgoing calls over our partners network. This gives you access to competitive call rates and a wide range of services. It is simple to change over, all the processes are managed for you and there is no need to change your phone numbers.
Direct – connects you directly to our partner network. This gives you access to an increased reduction on all call rates and is ideal for high volume call users.
BT Lines and Line Rental – we can order new lines or take over the ownership of your existing BT lines and at rates below BT's without compromising on the service.
New Lines – order your new lines with us and make a saving compared to the BT line charges.
ISDN Lines – digital telephone lines that will handle simultaneous voice and electronic data at high speed. There are two types ISDN2 and ISDN 30.
Analogue Lines – telephone lines that allow access to the public telephone network for voice transmission or run low speed data applications where high volume transmission is not essential.
Existing Lines – by transferring your existing BT lines to us we can reduce your line rental charges.
Point to Point Connectivity - we can provide a wide choice of cost effective and reliable point to point connectivity, internet access and LAN to LAN links as well as voice access. We are able to provide both IP VPN and ADSL services over the UK's most extensive networks, providing you with the choice you need to select the solution that suits you best.
ADSL and SDSL – high speed internet connection using a BT phone line.
IP VPN – provides a flexible framework to support both your voice and data requirements on a single network infrastructure. It is a geared to corporate communications and is a secure, high capacity wide area service.
Wireless – high speed carrier grade radio solution providing one or more connections to facilitate internet, voice or data connectivity. Available in key locations throughout the UK.
Leased Lines – a permanent reliable and cost effective connection between two sites providing uninterrupted private voice and data transfer.
Mobile Services – with access to many mobile networks we can provide a range of competitive mobile services to meet your business needs.
Voice – providing bespoke line rental and call rate quotations to suit your usage.
Data – using GPRS to deliver leading edge mobile data solutions.
Equipment – providing a full support service from car kit installations to replacement batteries.
08 and Premium Rate Number Services – we offer a range of services to address your business needs. Whether you wish to capture more sales enquiries, route your calls to different locations or gain additional income, our wide range of services and options offer the flexibility and competitiveness you require.
Freephone 0800 – allows callers to make a free call to you from anywhere in the UK. You pay for the call.
Local Rate 0845 – callers are charged at their service provider's local rate regardless of where in the UK they call from. You make a small contribution to the call cost.
National Rate 0870 – callers are charged at their service provider's national rate regardless of where in the UK they call from. These calls generate an income for you.
Special Rate 08xx – a range of services designed to manage inbound calls that generate an income for you.
Premium Rate Services – a regulated incoming call service offering information and entertainment via phone, fax, PC (e-mail, Internet, bulletin board), mobile (SMS/WAP) or interactive digital TV. Services range from sports, voting and adult lines to competition, directory enquiry, chat and business information services, and currently varies in cost from 10 pence per call to £1.50 per minute. These calls generate an income for you.
Voice Menu Services – an efficient call handling service that handles incoming calls and greets callers with predetermined voice messages to enable customers to gain access to specific services, specific information, place orders or leave messages.
Intelligent Routing – enables non geographic numbers to route according to predetermined rules e.g. routing by area of call origination.
