AbbiTek Broadband Services Summary
Our Broadband Services can be new install, or migration. With, or without CPE. Optionally, you can select from a wide range of broadband routers which can be supplied and installed by our own technicians. AbbiTek can advise on the most suitable, many routers have built in firewall capabilities and AbbiTek are suppliers of award winning DrayTek wireless routers which also offer sophisticated VoIP facilities, as well as D-Link and many others. Alternatively, you may select a ‘wire only’ option, and use your present router.

Typical Support Options Available:
We split support into 3 categories; Standard, Plus and Platinum. Our aim is to give our customers a wider choice of support and price, without linking support to domain, email and web hosting as with our current Silver and Gold products.
- Standard: Unlimited telephone support as far as the router/modem with next-day router/modem replacement.
- Plus: Telephone support covering all aspects of Internet & email connectivity including advice on solving email, Internet & virus problems on the customer’s PC or Network, with faster router replacement (pre-10am or 4 working hours depending on customer location). Plus Service costs between £3.00 and £10.00 per month, depending upon ADSL type.
- Platinum: As per Plus Service with the following additions:-TotalCare which gives 3 hour response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to any BT circuit faults.
- Free back-up dial-up account, with static IP address if required.
- Free on-site engineering/back-up to your own engineers for customers within the M25 (where faults can not be solved over the telephone).
